　　星期六的早上，媽媽教我做蛋炒飯。

　　On Saturday morning, my mother taught me how to cook fried rice with eggs.

　　第一步，我將兩個蛋去掉蛋殼，將蛋黃和蛋白放在一個碗里，用攪蛋器使勁攪勻。第二步，我小心翼翼的將油倒入鍋內(nèi)，我很害怕油跳到我臉上，但是媽媽說只要沒有水就不會，但我還是害怕，我自己拿了一個小鍋蓋當(dāng)盾牌，擋著我的臉；第三步，我將蛋液“嘩”地一下倒進(jìn)鍋里，把我和媽媽嚇了一跳，媽媽連忙叫我：“輕點輕點。”我擋著臉，用鏟子在鍋里攪，等蛋液凝固了，我就輕輕放下米飯，來回的翻炒。最后香噴噴的蛋炒飯做好了。
