Dear Sir or Madam,
As a frequent traveler on your trains, I am extremely disappointed to find that the service you provide is far from satisfactory. Therefore, I am writing this letter to bring the matter to your attention in the hope that the present situation will be much improved.
We all know that punctuality is essential to the railway service. However, the trains I took were constantly delayed, which caused me to be late for academic conferences. What annoyed me most was the bad manners of your stewards and stewardesses. All of these are not consistent with the principle of your service: The passenger comes first.
