　　①、堅持不懈

　　First of all, perseverance can help us carve out a way (殺出一條路)to success, although the way to success is bumpy (坎坷的)and full of inevitable setbacks.

　　首先，堅持能幫助我們殺出一條通往成功的路，盡管這條路會坎坷，有著不可避免的挫折。

　　When being caught in some troubles, we should bite the bullet (咬緊牙關(guān))and stick to the belief, then our efforts and persistence will be rewarding. Just as what Benjamin Franklin once said, “Energy and persistence conquer all things.”

　　當遇到困難時，我們應(yīng)該咬緊牙關(guān)、堅持信念。我們的努力和堅持會是值得的。正如本杰明·富蘭克林所說:“能量和毅力可以征服一切。”

　　②、拒絕舒適區(qū)，接受挑戰(zhàn)

　　They exert every effort (竭盡全力)to arrange everything for their children, depriving them of the opportunities to undergo frustration and ordeals and learn from them so that their grownup children cannot deal with the stress from the competitive world and even become the so-called “NEETs”(啃老族), or parent-dependents.

　　他們竭盡全力地為孩子安排好一切，剝奪了他們經(jīng)歷坎坷與磨難并從中學習的機會，以至于孩子長大成人后不能處理來自充滿競爭的世界的壓力。甚至成為所謂的“啃老族”(經(jīng)濟上依靠父母的人)。

　　For them, the home is their comfort zone, and the longer they stay here, the less likely they would be able to deal with life’s storms.

　　對他們來說，家就是他們的舒適區(qū)，在那里待的時間越長，越不可能經(jīng)受住生活中的暴風雨。
