　　在步入高中的殿堂之前，我們經(jīng)過了一段令人難忘的記憶——軍訓(xùn)。在這七天中，我們有哭有笑，嚴(yán)格的訓(xùn)練使我們記憶猶新。它是我們在科大附中上的第一課，也是我們?nèi)松牡谝徽n。

　　Before entering the high school hall, we passed through an unforgettable memory - military training. 　　迎著清爽的晨風(fēng)，我們來到西安市國防教育——藍田基地，開始了七天的軍營生活。要做一個軍人首先要有良好的軍資，所以，練習(xí)坐姿、站姿、蹲姿成了我們每天的必修課。烈日當(dāng)頭，同學(xué)們個個大汗淋漓，有的躬著腰，有的摘下帽子，為自己扇涼，我也承受不住了。可看著教官黝黑的臉上一滴滴滑落的汗水，我馬上調(diào)整了坐姿，后面的同學(xué)也像被傳染了似的一個個坐得筆直。我從小就羨慕軍人挺拔的身姿和整齊化一的隊列，可現(xiàn)在才知道在這背后軍人們流了多少汗，花了多少時間。他們的身心變得更加堅強，他們的信念變得更加堅定，這也是我們應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)的，要做好任何一件事，都要付出努力，要有頑強的毅力和堅定的信念，一份努力一份收獲，只要你努力，沒有做不好的事。

　　Facing the fresh morning breeze, we came to Lantian Base, Xi'an National Defense Education, and began a seven-day military camp life. To be a soldier, first of all, we must have good military resources. Therefore, sitting, standing and squatting have become our daily compulsory courses. In the hot sun, the students sweated heavily, some bowed down, some took off their hats and fanned themselves cool, and I couldn't bear it. 　　教官說有人曾稱他“魔鬼”。是的，我們的教官十分嚴(yán)厲，但就是因為他的嚴(yán)厲，我們才會取得拔河比賽的冠軍，也正是他的嚴(yán)厲讓我深深的體會到父母、老師的良苦用心。平日里過慣了舒服的日子，衣來伸手，飯來張口。在這里，沒有溺愛，沒有同情，只有紀(jì)律;在這里，我們學(xué)會了自立、自強;在這里，我們學(xué)會了互相關(guān)愛;在這里我們學(xué)會了團結(jié)一心……。了解了國防知識，掌握了軍事技能，更重要的是提高了我們的素質(zhì)，糾正了我們的缺點。

　　The instructor said he had been called a "devil". 　　當(dāng)汗水浸濕衣襟，淚水滑過臉頰，我們依然堅持到底。因為有老師，在我們背后默默支持我們，鼓勵我們，關(guān)心我們。當(dāng)黑夜占據(jù)天空，寢室里老師在與同學(xué)們親切的聊天，為同學(xué)們抹痱子粉，親切地向我們的媽媽。

　　When sweat soaks our skirts and tears slip across our cheeks, we stick to the end. Because there are teachers behind us, silently support us, encourage us, care about us.
