　　在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，我們都有自己所敬佩的人。有的敬佩老師，有的敬佩軍人，我也不例外，但我最敬佩的人還是我的爸爸，有以下兩個(gè)方面的理由。

　　一是爸爸從我出生開(kāi)始到現(xiàn)在近十年，一直堅(jiān)持洗冷水澡，不管春夏秋冬。尤其是冬天，那洗冷水澡的過(guò)程讓人不得不佩服。首先爸爸會(huì)早上在浴室里放滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)一盒冰，待冰全部融化后，爸爸在房間里像剝玉米一樣把衣服脫的只剩一件，然后一邊哆嗦著向浴室走去，一邊使勁搓著凍得青紫色的手，接著浴室會(huì)傳來(lái)一陣細(xì)碎的“啪啪”聲，那是爸爸在脫最后一件衣服；緊接著又會(huì)聽(tīng)到有規(guī)律的“沙沙”聲，那是爸爸在做“跳水”前的全身按摩熱身準(zhǔn)備；最后會(huì)傳出一陣“嘩嘩”的水流聲，中間夾雜一兩聲含糊的“呼哧”的喊叫。讓人聽(tīng)到聲音不寒而栗。爸爸告訴我，洗冷水澡既可以磨練自己的意志，又可以增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，提高身體抵抗能力。所以我看到爸爸無(wú)論做什么事，都能不畏艱難，堅(jiān)持不懈，并且從不生病，連感冒也離他遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)的。
