　　應(yīng)該指出的是地震救災(zāi)不僅僅是要靠政府。如同面對(duì)以往任何一場(chǎng)重大自然災(zāi)害，不僅依賴政府的影響，還依賴于公眾和非政府組織的幫助。

　　包括鼓勵(lì)災(zāi)區(qū)人民的精神，物質(zhì)上的支持，包括積極的和實(shí)際行動(dòng)，如獻(xiàn)血，都將對(duì)救援行動(dòng)產(chǎn)生積極的影響。汶川地震發(fā)生后，不少企業(yè)與個(gè)人，已開始緊急捐贈(zèng)財(cái)物到最需要的地方。非災(zāi)區(qū)人民的祝福與鼓勵(lì)讓人充分感受到了溫暖而堅(jiān)定的民族力量。

　　在一場(chǎng)拯救所有人生命的戰(zhàn)斗中，勝利終將屬于歷經(jīng)災(zāi)難考驗(yàn)的中華民族。
